My Background and Approach
I hold a Masterās Degree in Psychology and I have completed additional training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These modalities provide clients with practical, actionable skills to better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve communication in both personal and relational settings.
