About My Clients
I specialize in helping artists find their voice, supporting first-gen students navigating unfamiliar terrain, guiding trauma survivors on their healing journey, empowering people of color facing workplace challenges, & accompanying those exploring their Asian-American identity, Queer identity, relationship with their body/body image, or their path as an activist. I work collaboratively with clients to process both personal and systemic challenges, celebrate triumphs, & build on strengths.
My Background and Approach
I bring my authentic self to my sessions as an artist, the daughter of a Filipino immigrant single mother, and someone who has walked through trauma myself. Having grown up in the Bay Area, I understand the power of collective healing and draw inspiration from my decade of work in education and community spaces. I believe deeply that we heal better together than alone, and create therapy relationships that feel real, honest, and grounded in shared humanity. I channel my background in psychology and social work from the University of San Francisco and New York University with lived experience to help you hold on to your values and bring you home to your whole self.
