I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. I specialize in addiction, adult, and geriatric psychiatry, offering compassionate, evidence-based care through telehealth. My expertise includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational therapy, and supportive therapy. I also have experience in crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care. I work with adults facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction. My goal is to ensure that my clients receive personalized treatment that empowers them to improve their quality of life. I provide accessible mental health care through a secure video platform, available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
