About My Clients
My clients come from all walks of life. I work with couples, individuals, women, men and first responders. My clients ready to make positive changes in their lives in order to continue to move forward. My couples want to find their connections again, build their friendship and have a relationship that is down for the long haul.
My Background and Approach
I've been practicing since 2011 and have had multiple different roles in my career. Im currently working as an online practice. I'm a level 3 Gottman trained therapist and love working with the Gottman approach for couples. I have found that some of those principles also apply to individuals and communication. I have taken trainings in first responder counseling and enjoy working with our first responders. I have worked with the LQBTQ community and consider myself an ally. I work collaboratively with my clients, letting them be the guide and me the tool giver, supporter and holder of a space that is safe and comforting.
