About My Clients

I work with adults, adolescents and couples impacted by trauma, complex or relational trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and attachment wounds. I support people who feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected, or dysregulated despite insight or past therapy, and who want deeper healing, nervous system regulation, and more meaningful connection to themselves and others.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) trained in Hakomi, EMDR, psychodrama, mindfulness, and DBT. My work is psychodynamic and relational, grounded in the belief that healing occurs in connection and experience, not just insight. I use an experiential approach informed by neuroscience, helping clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and develop coping skills. Therapy is guided by compassion, attunement, and curiosity, creating a safe space for growth, self-understanding, and lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have a history of relational trauma and through my own therapeutic journey, I’ve learned how healing is both possible and deeply transformative. After years of traditional talk therapy, I often understood things in session, yet outside of sessions my brain still felt hijacked. It wasn’t until I experienced somatic therapy that I could go deeper, connect with my body, and regain a sense of control. This experience shapes my belief that therapy is most powerful when it is experiential, relational, and compassionate. Outside of work, I love creating art through painting, clay, dance, and photography, and I find joy volunteering at the animal shelter.
