About My Clients
Trina Green is a licensed mental health counselor with experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, trauma, and couples therapy. She likes to explore past and present experiences to identify messages that shape behavior. Childhood is one of the areas she typically explore with her clients to gain awareness, insight, and a better understanding of themselves. My Background and Approach
The tools Trina provide are all person-centered, allowing each individual to access motivation, healing, and coping skills to address maladaptive behaviors. Trina’s goal for each of her clients is to provide a safe space and resources to achieve goals for therapy.
