I specialize in treating adults and adolescents dealing with trauma, bullying, and grief and loss. EMDR trained, and working on a post graduate certificate in veterinary social work. Ideal client is motivated, and ready to work on unearthing the roots of the issues being dealt with to in turn change those behaviors. We start where you are at, and go from there.
My Background and Approach
3 decades of experience in the field of mental health. Personal history with eating disorders, and bullying, and have seen first hand the benefits of EMDR therapy for trauma.
