My Background and Approach
As a former flight attendant that has traveled the world extensively, I foster an inclusive, global perspective, where diversity is essential. Self-care, stress management, coping skills, adaptation, anxiety reduction, and life-skills coaching, are my specialties given my interest and decades of experience. I counsel from a Person-Centered therapeutic perspective, providing resources and tools on your journey of self discovery and self actualization.

As a licensed professional, I am dedicated to tearing down the negative stigma associated with mental health wellness, especially within communities of color.
