I help ambitious millennial women who struggle with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by work pressure, relationship stress, or the constant fear of disappointing others. You may feel drained, stuck, or unsure of what you want because you spend so much time meeting everyone else’s expectations. Therapy helps you slow down, understand your patterns, and build confidence in your decisions.

I use CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, EMDR, and trauma informed care to help you understand what you are feeling in both your mind and your body. Together we explore what matters to you, how stress shows up, and what tools will help you feel more grounded and steady. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself.
