About My Clients

My clients tend to be professionals, caregivers, leaders, or helpers carrying heavy responsibilities while neglecting themselves. Many of their responsibilities include frequent travel and relocating. They often seek service for confidential support as they navigate trauma, strained relationships, grief, and major life transitions. My clients are well-informed and want practical tools, deeper insight, healthier boundaries, and lasting emotional change.

My Background and Approach

I provide individual teletherapy to adults across all PsyPact participating states. I'm a licensed psychologist and veteran with more than 15 years of experience helping clients work through trauma, crisis, stress, and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and results-oriented. I use an integrative, holistic – values based approach that includes clients cultural and spiritual practices, when relevant and desired, in coordination with complimentary evidence informed methods. I help clients address anxiety, burnout, relationship conflict, grief, codependency, and emotional exhaustion. Clients often appreciate that I combine compassion with honesty and practical action steps. Therapy with me is collaborative and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we identify patterns keeping you stuck, build healthier coping strategies, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and create sustainable change so you can function with more peace, confidence, and strength.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is possible after trauma, loss, betrayal, or hardship. True strength is not carrying everything alone - it includes vulnerability, boundaries, working through - not avoiding - difficulties, and asking for support when needed. I value honesty, accountability, courage, and compassion. I support self-awareness, personal growth, recovery, integrity, and strength. I believe healthy relationships require mutual respect, emotional safety, and responsibility. I respect diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs, and I understand that faith and purpose can be important parts of healing for many people. My goal is to help clients live boldly and authentically through clarity, peace, strength, and meaningful connection.
