About My Clients
I have worked with individuals who have experienced foster care, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, individuals beginning and maintaining their substance use recovery, and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I am particularly passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community
My Background and Approach
I am trained in both Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which I use as an approach to meet the client where they are at, assess their motivation for change, address any barriers the client is facing, and work towards a mutually agreed upon end goal.
