About My Clients
Sometimes life feels overwhelming, even when you’re doing your best. Whether you’re managing a career transition, navigating a difficult relationship, or questioning your next step, therapy can help you slow down, find clarity, and start feeling like yourself again. Together, we’ll use approaches that fit you, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and build on your strengths to create the future you want.
My Background and Approach
As a veteran of the U.S. military and a graduate of Fordham University with a Master’s in Social Work, I bring both discipline and compassion to my work as a therapist. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adults, and families across a variety of settings, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where growth and healing can take place. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or simply seeking support through a difficult transition, I’m here to walk alongside you with respect, understanding, and evidence-based care.
