About My Clients
LET ME GUESS… Are you tired of feeling stressed and burnt out? Do you want to stay present with the people you care about most? Are you overwhelmed trying to meet all of the demands of life? Are you constantly comparing your life to others? Do you feel like no matter what you do it’s never enough? This is where I come in. I help you integrate all parts of yourself so you can handle feelings of burnout, imposter syndrome, and compassion fatigue.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, I mostly support adults experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, and imposter syndrome. We will collaborate together to treat the source of your symptoms to create real and lasting change. My individualized approach will help you improve emotional awareness, learn new relational skills, and integrate your identity to improve your health. I will support you in integrating all parts of yourself so you can handle feelings of stress and thrive in both work and relationships. In my professional career, I have experienced a few different industries before becoming a therapist. I have worked in athletics as well as in business prior to pursuing my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health. Most recently, I worked at a Oregon nonprofit where I saw clients ages 22-60 providing mental health counseling and supporting case management.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that transformation happens in the context of relationships which is why it is so important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. My approach is relational and collaborative, because let’s be honest- change is hard, and it's easier if we do it together.
