My goal is to assist you in enhancing your overall ability to cope with stressors, increase self-awareness, and enhance resiliency. My Background and Approach
Everyone is unique in how they identify themselves, situations and outcomes; therefore, I have experience in use of modalities to include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Structured Family Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in order to ensure that your therapeutic goals are addressed. My areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, healthy relationships, life transitions, stress management, substance abuse, trauma, and bipolar disorder. I am transparent and genuine in working with clients as my goal is to provide you with proper care in hopes that you gain the full benefits of treatment.
