My Background and Approach
My therapeutic framework is grounded in Behavior Therapy (BT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches are supported by decades of scientific research, and I am committed to using only proven, evidence-based treatment methods in my work.

I’m dedicated to providing counseling that is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
