My Background and Approach
Tram established The Empowerment Project as an individual counseling service offered fully online for clients in WA & FL. Tram is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington. Tram has training and experience worked with issues related to depression, anxiety, and relationships. Tram also worked with clients from varied backgrounds and ages. (Tram can provide services in Vietnamese) When out of the office, Tram enjoy adventuring with family and celebrating life with friends. In her free time, Tram like to cook and cuddle up with her two cats

I am here to help you become your own greatest advocate. The foundation for empowerment is the belief that clients are capable and have a right to manage their own lives. My goal is to help clients discover personal strengths and capacities so that they can take control of their lives. I believe therapy is one of the best self-care practice you can have for yourself.
