I work with thoughtful, self-aware people who feel caught in ways of thinking, reacting, or relating that no longer feel aligned. Many experience anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or challenges in relationships, and are often in a moment of transition or questioning. Clients bring curiosity and insight into the work, and together we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and open up more flexibility, clarity, and choice.

My work is grounded in relational, mindfulness-informed, and strengths-based approaches. Clients often share that they value my honest, grounded presence and the collaborative nature of our work. I focus on helping you notice and shift automatic responses, develop greater emotional regulation, and respond more intentionally to stress and relationships. I believe that people develop patterns and defenses for understandable reasons, and that real growth comes through compassion, honesty, and intentional practice rather than pressure or judgment. I create a space where you are met with curiosity and care, encouraged to slow down and reflect, and supported in responding more intentionally to yourself and others.
