About My Clients
I work with adults, teens and couples. I am dedicated to improving the life of each client I serve and ensure each client is encouraged to be heard, respected, and empowered to live authentically. I strive to create and maintain an inclusive, supportive and collaborative environment that is safe and embracing of all cultures and backgrounds. I strive to help people connect with their inner self and wisdom and provide tools to help them increase the hope, joy and happiness in their life.
My Background and Approach
I received a scholarship and graduated with honors receiving my Ph. D. I also have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. I held a position as a professor for ten years teaching graduate students to be counselors. I have had a private practice for twenty years and I also have worked with the military for five years treating PTSD.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
