My Background and Approach
After years working as a therapist, I began the transition into life consultation and coaching. Today, I am thrilled to be doing something I’m passionate about — helping women discover and pursue abundant life. Focusing on self-awareness and overall wellness — physical, mental, emotional, relational and spiritual — I work with women who are ready to change their lives. As a recovering perfectionist, I love helping people discover a path to self-care, self-compassion and self-acceptance.
