About My Clients
I work collaboratively with adult individuals and couples to make significant shifts that result in increased life gratification. I have experience working with members of all branches of the military, veterans, and their family members. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
My Background and Approach
As a military spouse, I have a unique clinical perspective of the struggles you may be experiencing as an active duty military member, veteran, or family member. Therapy isn’t easy, but if you are willing to put in the work I am willing to be your emotional battle buddy . You know you better than anyone else does. That’s why I think you are the expert of your own life, but sometimes even experts need to call in for backup. I will be there to encourage and support positive choices and question choices with a potential negative impact on your life. I think it is impossible to go through this life without periods of self-doubt, stress, relationship issues, guilt, or trauma. If you are ready to see a change in these aspects of your life, I can use my tools to help set treatment goals that work for you, on your terms. You can think of me as an agent of change, here to challenge the beliefs and behaviors you may wish to adjust or work through.
