My Background and Approach
My counseling style is relatively laid back. I operate from a collaborative approach that recognizes you, the client, as the expert of your own experience. I have been described as a supportive, caring, and nonjudgmental therapist who likes to keep it real with a dash of the occasional comic relief. In our work together, we will focus on identifying your strengths and helping you maximize them to overcome your obstacles, both internal and external. I am here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgement.
