About My Clients
I work with individuals of all backgrounds, including all genders, LGBTQIA2S+, all faiths, all ages, in individual, couple, family, and group settings. I have witnessed successful outcomes with clients experiencing such presenting issues as depression, anxiety, mania, thought disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, OCD, PTSD, trauma across the lifespan, grief and loss, and the list goes on.
My Background and Approach
My training is in both mental health and substance abuse treatment, and I am dual licensed in both areas. The main treatment modalities that I utilize with clients are CBT, Trauma Informed, Solution Focused, Interpersonal, Client Centered, and Motivational Interviewing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an inclusive person and provider, and work with all clients who are referred to me.
