About My Clients
Healing begins in the safety of compassionate relationships. I support women, teen girls, children, and couples navigating relationship challenges, loneliness, grief, depression, anxiety, and parenting. Sometimes we lose touch with ourselves, those we love, and the world around us. Women may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Children may struggle socially or with divorce, living in two homes, loyalty conflicts, or worries about hurting a parent.
My Background and Approach
My relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-sensitive approach supports more self-awareness, emotional awareness, self-compassion, resilience, and healthier relationships. Together, we explore patterns, process difficult experiences, and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and those we love using various approaches and practices that are a good fit for each client.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing begins in the safety of compassionate relationships. I believe life is shaped by our relationships with ourselves and those we love. How we relate to ourselves influences whom we choose, how we love, and the boundaries we create. Walking alongside one another through joyful and challenging seasons, building meaningful connections, and creating community enrich our lives and remind us we are not alone. Outside of the work I feel fortunate to do, I enjoy creating art, journaling, listening to music, sometimes dancing, reading and discussing books with friends, spending time in nature to feel grounded, and connecting with family and friends. I believe inner work is a lifelong journey, with always more to learn and discover. As I continue my own growth, I strive to embody love and compassion and leave a legacy of love, connection, and acceptance for humanity.
