If you're a teen or 20-something who's looking for help managing anxiety or coping with a stressful life change, I'd love to meet you! My practice is focused on empowering college students, young professionals, and teenagers as they navigate these roles, as well as others who have difficulty managing anxious symptoms like overthinking, insomnia, nausea/physical symptoms, worry, or perfectionism.
My Background and Approach
I have specialized training in CBT and DBT to assist clients in restructuring thoughts and regulating emotions, as well as Brainspotting for healing of past experiences that have developed into unhealthy beliefs or thinking patterns.
