About My Clients
People tend to come to counseling when they're dealing with something NEW or something old that has gotten BIGGER than they can handle on their own. I offer a private, safe place to process those life events and/or symptoms of mental health. By working together, we will identify challenges and develop healthy solutions to improve your present situation. The strategies and tools you learn will continue benefit you even after counseling has ended.
My Background and Approach
Through trainings and experience I have accumulated a "warehouse" of tools that help clients cope with and resolve mental health concerns. I believe the client is the "expert" of themself and work collaboratively to find strategies that are best suited for each individual. I'm solution focused and meet each client where they are to identify attainable goals they can progressively achieve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone continues to grow throughout their lifetime and everyone can benefit from counseling. People are always doing the best they can while striving to do better in the future.
