About My Clients
My clients come from all over the world. My Background and Approach
With roots in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, and complex family dynamics, I offer online therapy through a client-centered, integrative lens. I use evidence-based approaches including mindfulness, somatic techniques, psychoeducation for Autism and ADHD, Attachment-Based Therapy, and narrative work. I believe healing happens in a safe, trusting relationship. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity or relationship issues, I offer a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered. I work with all genders and ages, and am LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive. Clients often say I strike a balance between warmth and honesty, serving as a compassionate, assertive mirror. I believe you are your own best expert—I'm here to walk beside you with curiosity and respect as you reconnect with yourself and what matters most.

Positive towards all groups, orientations, and denominations. In this world of digital overtures, old school and prefer to handwrite notes where possible.
