My ideal client is someone navigating a life transition-grief, career changes, parenting, or aging-and feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. They want support that's compassionate but also practical. They may be high-functioning on the outside but are emotionally drained. They're ready to reflect, make changes, and move toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and grounded. I help clients find clarity, regain confidence, and build coping tools that truly fit their lives.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to help you develop practical strategies that support real progress.
