About My Clients
My ideal clients understand the value of being seen, listened to, and respected. They want a therapist who starts from a place of curiosity and works towards understanding their clients' inner world in order to support them towards a life of greater ease, peace, resilience and joy.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approach is grounded in deep listening and a genuine curiosity about the stories that have shaped your life. Together, we will gently begin to untangle the complex web of experiences, relationships, and meanings that influence how you see yourself and others. Drawing from attachment research and narrative therapy, I integrate patient listening, thoughtful challenge, and, even humor. I work with both individuals and relational systems to notice patterns that may feel stuck or stagnant and to explore new ways of understanding and moving forward. Whether we are sitting with the question “Who am I?” or “Who are we?”, our work creates space for subtle but meaningful shifts in identity, connection, and belonging—honoring both your individual story and the relationships that continue to shape your life.
