Accepting Clients

I am an integrative, compassionate and thoughtful therapist. I work with individuals, couples and those seeking sex therapy.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Denver, CO

About My Clients

My clients come to me for a variety of reasons. I work with burnout and exhaustion, how anxiety is impacting your life or relationships, communication patterns, the desire for closeness, sex and intimacy, complicated family systems and trauma. You don't have to be in crisis to come to therapy. Often having a space dedicated to yourself to talk, process, reflect or even grieve can shift things. I welcome all the parts of you. It's a journey and I am with you all the way.

My Background and Approach

I take in the whole person and their life experiences. Together we look at relationships that have influenced or impacted you, events that have left deep imprints, how your body feels and reacts to things and your emotional well being. I love Parts Work, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Theory), Mindfulness, the full expression of anger, your hopes, fears and successes. Usually there are several threads we may be unwinding at the same time, and that's okay.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I guide clients by creating a warm and encouraging space where you can discover your strengths and move toward the life you want. Together, we explore what’s possible, uncover new perspectives, and cultivate deeper self-trust. My goal is to support your growth in a way that feels empowering, grounding, and truly yours.
