About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, relationship or family concerns, or a difficult life transition. Perhaps you’re trying to manage everything while still showing up for work, family, and the people who depend on you. I work with individuals who want a supportive space to slow down, sort through what they’re experiencing, and develop practical ways to cope, communicate, set boundaries, and feel more confident moving forward.
My Background and Approach
With more than 20 years of social work experience supporting individuals and families through complex challenges, trauma, family concerns, and life transitions, I bring a wealth of experience and understanding to my work as a therapist. My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and trauma-focused. I recognize that past experiences can influence how we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to challenges in the present. I work with clients to better understand these connections while developing practical tools to manage anxiety, cope with difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, and navigate life’s transitions. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels comfortable while encouraging meaningful growth and change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I value creating a space where people from all backgrounds and life experiences can feel comfortable being themselves and sharing their stories without fear of judgment. I believe in meeting people where they are, recognizing their individual strengths, and respecting the experiences that have shaped who they are. I also believe that growth is possible at every stage of life and that even small changes can lead to meaningful progress.
