About My Clients
I believe each person has inherent strengths and inner wisdom, though life’s challenges can make them harder to access. Some feel disconnected from these qualities, while others have never had the chance to fully recognize them. I don’t see people as broken, but as layered. I work collaboratively with clients to uncover their strengths, build insight, and develop practical skills so they can navigate challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in a systems-based approach to therapy, which means I look beyond the individual to understand the broader context of their experiences. This includes exploring intergenerational patterns, family dynamics, cultural influences, and socioeconomic factors, and how these shape current challenges and relationships. My goal is to help clients gain insight into these patterns while developing practical tools for change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person enters the world with inherent strengths, capacities, and inner wisdom. Over time, experiences such as loss, trauma, and stress can make these qualities harder to access. Some people feel disconnected from strengths they once had, while others may have never had the opportunity to recognize or express them. This can lead to feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected. I do not view people as broken, but as layered. Each person carries experiences, patterns, and strengths that may not yet be fully understood. In my work, I partner with clients to gently explore these layers and reconnect with the strengths already present within them. I approach therapy with curiosity and compassion, helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills. I see healing as an ongoing process—one that supports individuals in navigating life with greater clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
