About My Clients
My clients are generally fed up with traditional therapy. They've gotten as much benefit as they can get and they are willing to look deeper, to get tot the root cause of their issues. What they find, is that the root cause is usually something deeply unconscious, contains emotions which are trapped in their bodies, and may stem from familial and ancestral history. Together we peel away the behavioral patterns which sabotage people from reaching the goals they truly want.
My Background and Approach
I studied psychodynamic therapy which focuses on the unconscious mind and defense mechanisms. Later I discover energy psychology and blended these concepts with simple but elegant interventions that focus on the mind, body and soul.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the capacity to be well, happy and whole within them, just waiting to be unlocked. We accumulate damage from this life, past lives and our ancestry which obscure this reality- BUT IT IS A REALITY. Finding and healing this damage is the goal of my work. Once it is identified, it can be treated with simple and permanent interventions. The method I use to do this is called HBLU or Healing from he body level up. It is a complete mind body soul healing methodology. It changed my life. Maybe it can change yours.
