About My Clients
I specialize in helping clients navigate attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and the impact of chronic trauma and stress. I also help those who are challenged with work and caregiving stress and burnout, including compassion fatigue.
My Background and Approach
As a LCSW and TBRI Practitioner, I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families healing from trauma, attachment wounds, and chronic stress. My background includes developing and overseeing trauma‑responsive programs, treating co‑occurring disorders, and providing culturally attuned care. In therapy, I focus on creating a safe, grounded space where clients can understand their internal world, build emotional regulation skills, and strengthen relationships. I draw from DBT, CBT, TBRI, and trauma‑informed frameworks, integrating faith‑based support when requested. My work is collaborative and paced—honoring each client’s readiness while helping them move toward stability, clarity, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries inherent worth, dignity, and the capacity for healing. My Christian faith shapes my commitment to compassion, integrity, and service, but I honor each client’s unique beliefs and never impose my own. I view therapy as a collaborative, safe space where people can explore their stories, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with hope. I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and the steady work of building internal safety.
