I specialize in working with BIPOC adults who are struggling with racial trauma and internalized oppression to no longer carry the burdens and beliefs forced upon them by society and their environment by discovering their voice, self-worth, and identity.

My toolbox is filled with a variety of approaches – Internal Family Systems to help you understand your inner landscape, Brainspotting to pinpoint where your trauma lives in your body, somatic experiencing to reconnect with your physical wisdom, and even the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy to unlock new perspectives and facilitate deeper emotional healing, all chosen with a focus on BIPOC experiences. But the real power doesn't lie in the techniques alone. It's the fact that I've not only learned these methods from BIPOC leaders, but I've also lived a life informed by my own experiences as a person of color. We can explore the ways your racial identity intersects with your unique story, acknowledging the pain without letting it define you.
