About My Clients
I love working with clients struggling with relationship issues (professional, friendship, or intimate relationships), those tackling life changes, individuals who desire to learn how to cope with difficulties life throws at them, and much more!
My Background and Approach
I am currently pursuing licensure after earning my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. I have one year of experience in psychotherapy, and even more experience in the mental health field. I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to encourage my clients to understand the relationship between emotions and behaviors in order to begin to see positive change.
