I work alongside all individuals, but truly am passionate about collaborating with teens and young adults to support healing and behavioral needs.
My Background and Approach
All energy is significant. The honest part, not all energy feels “good.” Some emotions can be harder than others to allow to pass through. I can support and guide you with connecting the parts that don’t feel good; in a way that feels calm, sure, and freeing. By joining holistic and evidenced based clinical practice, I help you to identify all areas, acknowledge experiences of pain, and integrate the ego to support your return to yourself. Healing is not linear, but gaining understanding of how to navigate through healing and make logical decisions to nurture self, can be easy with the right support.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe diagnosis provides information we need to understand ourselves, but also that on the other side of healing we are able to release labels and feel more in control of our lives, allowing emotions, and connecting with others. Society influences us to seek guidance externally, and I want to help others identify the internal navigation tools needed to bloom.
