About My Clients
Are you someone that is constantly striving for perfectionism? Do you struggle with comparison, lack of confidence, lack of motivation? Does your anxiety leave you feeling debilitated and stuck in your current state? Do you feel hopeless and helpless with your anxiety? Through talk therapy and additional ART therapy, I can help you to regain control of your thoughts to live the life you want to live.
My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW, and I’ve been practicing in the social work field since 2015. I have experience in working with a vast population of foster care, community mental health, children with behavior, modification needs, teens and young adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism. In addition, I am trying an accelerated resolution, therapy, consisting of replacing negative images with positive images. This treatment is extremely beneficial due to it being short term and quick results with issues, surrounding anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, and addiction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The most important thing to share about myself for prospective clients is that I want to meet you wherever you are in your mental health journey. I firmly believe that, with the ability to take control of, and change your thoughts will result in a more desirable and fulfilled way of living. I take a person centered approach and focus on honoring the needs and once that you have in regards to your goals in treatment.
