About My Clients

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma-related issues. I also help clients navigate changes in religious beliefs and heal from harm from spiritual communities. I have worked extensively with college-age and young adults navigating life transitions and figuring out how to be their authentic selves.

My Background and Approach

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, typically incorporating evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Internal Family Systems (IFS) into our work together. However, I view therapy as collaborative, and I will tailor treatment based on your specific needs. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, deconstruction, and life transitions.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I know starting therapy can be a difficult, scary step, but I applaud you for taking the leap. I promise to always treat you with kindness and compassion, and I will always work towards creating a safe space for you to lay out your burdens. Life is full of questions and uncertainties, and I will do my best to help untangle the mess, heal from the hurt, and build the life you want.
