About My Clients

I work with adult women who are used to achieving, caring for others, and holding everything together while rarely putting themselves first. Many struggle with anxiety, burnout, caregiver stress, high sensitivity, or imposter syndrome beneath the surface. Some are also healing from domestic violence, sexual assault, or childhood sexual abuse. They’re looking for more than survival — they want a space where they can fully show up, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves.

My Background and Approach

I provide a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy for women navigating anxiety, burnout, caregiver stress, trauma, and self-doubt. As an eclectic, holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based therapist, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and EFT tapping to help clients process difficult experiences, build insight, and reconnect with themselves. I believe many women already hold important strengths, resilience, and inner resources, but anxiety, trauma, and exhaustion can make those difficult to access consistently. I work with women who often appear capable on the outside while internally struggling with overwhelm, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or emotional exhaustion. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe showing up authentically and moving beyond survival mode.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing is possible, even when the process feels messy, exhausting, or non-linear. I believe in celebrating both small and big wins, practicing progress over perfection, and recognizing that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. I value authenticity, compassion, and creating spaces where people feel safe showing up as they are. I often encourage clients to “take what they need and leave the rest,” trusting themselves to decide what feels supportive and meaningful for their growth. I also believe in accepting the things we cannot change, finding courage to change the things we can, and developing the wisdom to know the difference. My practice is anti-racist, anti-sexist, body positive, kink-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and HAES-aligned.
