My Background and Approach

I am an LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate). I have work with a variety of specialities such as DV, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues, LGBTQIA+/ gender and sexuality concerns, and more. As a therapist, I practice emotion-focused, person-centerd, relational therapy with a feminist, multicultural lens that seeks to empower clients. I utilize mindfulness and here-and-now interventions that are trauma-informed and tailored to your needs. I view the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client to be a valuable opportunity to co-create a safe and supportive space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and most pressing concerns with authenticity. My top priority is to meet you where you are, offering empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental presence, where you can find healing.
