My Background and Approach
The tools that I will provide are tools that I have been perfecting over my entire 10 year career. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depressions, trauma, and addictions utilzing evidenced based treatment modailites to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapies. We will explore thought process, that often serve as barriers to experiencing our best life. Together we will utlilize and build upon your strengths while incorporating relaxation skills that calm the body and mind after a stressful day. No matter where you go or decide to do you can take many of theses tools and the numerous other skills and interventions that we will use together with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the human mind is resilient, can grow and change at anytime, and is capable of calling what it wants and needs into its own space to experience its best life with no limits. We have in fact learned unhealthy behaviors that can be "relearned" and replaced with more healthier ones. As a child I suffered from severe anxiety and low self image. Through hard work I learned skills to move through anxiety so that it no longer had control of me. I feel so free and I want you to experience that same freedom that I experience everyday.
