About My Clients
Currently I am providing individual therapy to adults only. I am looking to engage with clients who are ready to make lasting change and a commitment to growth. As we build a therapeutic relationship, my goal is to support you through this process. My focus is on the areas of trauma, depression, grief/loss including reproductive grief and loss. As we work together to accomplish your goals, our sessions will be collaborative, educational, empathetic and supportive.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic treatment approach is adapted to the needs of the client but includes tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems/Parts Work, Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping and Reproductive Psychology which includes an understanding of grief and loss as it related to women experiencing reproductive challenges. Additional services that I provide are counseling other therapists as well as supervising other therapists.

As mental health therapists, there is a need to have a safe and professional space to process our own emotions.
