About My Clients
I help adults and teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, relationship stress, or identity exploration. I provide an affirming, LGBTQIA + friendly space where you can slow down, make sense of your emotions, and build a more grounded sustainable way of living.
My Background and Approach
The tools I offer come from years of supporting clients through trauma, overwhelm, anxiety, relationship stress, and burnout. I integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT skills, attachment work, and nervous-system regulation to help you build practical tools you can use anytime. My goal is for you to leave therapy with several techniques that create quick, discreet relief when you need it most. I’m warm, direct, and collaborative. We’ll start with what’s happening in your life right now and help you gain control over your emotions, body, and thoughts. Through trauma-informed and brain-based approaches, you’ll learn what’s happening internally when you feel anxious or triggered and how to shift into a more grounded state. Together, we’ll explore patterns shaped by past experiences and build resilience, clarity, and wellness so you’re not just coping, but actually moving toward a life that feels steady and aligned.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have the capacity to grow, heal, and rewrite their story at any point in their lives. So much of what we label as “mental health issues” are patterns we learned for survival which means we can unlearn them and replace them with healthier ways of coping. As someone who struggled with anxiety growing up, I know firsthand that healing is possible, and that freedom is something everyone deserves. I’m committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for all identities. I proudly support LGBTQIA+ communities, racial justice, and wellness access for marginalized groups. I believe in authenticity, boundaries, and creating spaces where people don’t have to pretend to be strong. My values show up in the therapy room through compassion, directness, and deep respect for your lived experience. If you're tired of feeling overwhelmed or like you've outgrown survival mode, I'm here to help you step into clarity, steadiness, and alignment.
