My ideal clients are people who need help navigating the troubled waters of infidelity, communication issues, and family discord. I am an expert in the field of anxiety and work with depression as well.

I am a believer in the fact that world-view has a great deal to do with your well-being and your path to better mental health. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who uses narrative therapy as well to help clients write their own future and change the course of their lives.
