About My Clients
I work best with individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My ideal client seeks a compassionate and patient provider who values trust and open communication. I create a safe space where clients feel heard and respected, ensuring treatment is tailored to their unique needs. My approach is holistic, incorporating therapy and medication management to support long-term mental well-being.
My Background and Approach
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with five years of healthcare experience, earning my Master’s degree and PMHNP certification from Drew. After graduate school, I completed a fellowship focused on ADHD, further refining my expertise. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, providing patient-centered care through a holistic and evidence-based approach. My treatment methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), culturally sensitive care, emotionally focused therapy, and person-centered approaches. I offer psychotherapy to select clients who may benefit from it. Through remote care, I ensure accessibility and convenience while maintaining high-quality mental health support. I work with cash-pay clients only.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in treating every individual with dignity, patience, and respect. My approach is centered on building trust and creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel truly heard. I value active listening and validation, allowing space for my clients to express themselves without feeling rushed. My treatment philosophy is holistic, addressing both immediate symptoms and underlying concerns. By integrating evidence-based approaches like CBT and emotionally focused therapy, I strive to empower clients to achieve meaningful progress in their mental health journey. I am committed to providing compassionate, person-focused care that respects each client’s unique experiences and needs.
