The foundation of my work is relationships. I believe that our relationships with others are the primary way that we define ourselves. Healthy relationships are very important to a happy life.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate of the School of Professional Psychology at Spalding University. My training is largely interpersonal in nature. I'm a Certified Group Psychotherapist who believes strongly in the power of group therapy to change lives!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people are doing the best they can in their own circumstances. I am a champion for those in oppressed and minority group. I value each person's individual perspective on the world and believe that this is rooted in our culture, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and the cumulative impact of all our life experiences.
