About My Clients
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, drained by anxiety, or stuck in patterns you can’t break? Maybe your ADHD makes it hard to stay focused or follow through, or your relationships feel heavier than they should. You might be carrying cultural pressure, family expectations, or past experiences that still affect you. My clients want clarity, grounding, and the tools to feel more regulated and confident again.
My Background and Approach
My path into this work began with my own experiences with mental health growing up as a first-generation Caribbean woman in a culture where emotional struggles were often dismissed or silenced. I know what it feels like to need support in spaces where people don’t always understand; this drives my commitment to creating a therapeutic space where you feel heard, valued, and safe. I’ve helped clients move through anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions they once believed were impossible to cope with. Watching someone go from overwhelmed to grounded, or from grieving to remembering with warmth and love, has shaped the way I practice and deepened my belief in people’s capacity to heal. My background in case management makes me a resourceful therapist. I understand real-life challenges, community gaps, and the practical tools people need outside the therapy room. I want you to feel empowered, strong, soft, grounded, and truly heard as you move toward clarity and the life you want.
