About My Clients
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns related to food, body image, or mood and are looking for a more manageable way forward. Clients often come to therapy navigating depression, bipolar spectrum experiences, anxiety, or major life transitions, especially after feeling frustrated by past attempts to change or unsure where to start.
My Background and Approach
My clinical experience includes work in inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings supporting individuals with complex and often acute mental health needs. This work strengthened my ability to stay grounded in high-intensity situations while supporting clients in building clarity and direction when things feel overwhelming. In outpatient therapy, I focus on helping clients understand patterns that contribute to distress and translating insight into practical, sustainable coping strategies. My approach balances reflection and skill-building so that change feels steady, realistic, and usable in daily life.
