About My Clients
If substance use has left you feeling like you've lost your sense of direction, you're not alone. I work with individuals and loved ones who are ready to better understand what's happening, discover new possibilities, and begin the journey toward the life they want to live.
My Background and Approach
For more than 28 years, I've worked with individuals and families affected by substance use across the full continuum of care, including detoxification, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient counseling. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Every person brings a unique story, strengths, and goals, so I tailor treatment to meet you where you are and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. If you're looking for support beyond therapy, I also provide nationwide consultation services for individuals, loved ones, and professionals. Additional information is available on my website.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are more than the challenges they're facing. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of where they are in life's journey. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the life you want to live.
