My Background and Approach
I am a Board Certified-Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 12+ years hands on experience as Behavioral Health Registered Nurse and over 3 years as a Psychiatric & Mental Health Provider with knowledge and enthusiasm of working with diverse populations of children, adults and older people suffering from various mental health conditions. My main approach is to focus on treating everyone as an individual when I come across their lives as we try to find a solution to their needs. I employ mechanisms and interventions that can brief relief in the shortest time possible as we work on a long term solution.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone is an individual and they have their own view and and experiences about the world depending on their interactions and their environment. We have to work together to find a solution to each ones individual needs. I employ individual approach to meet everyones need. My experience is to listen very carefully the first time and we can surely get a lot accomplished working together.
